Q. Is the curtain included?

A. No. Our product does not include the sheer curtain in the photos.

Q. What type of LED bulb should I choose?

A. Icicle type LED

– Copper wire led string lights are thiner, lighter, cheaper to manufacture and consumes less power, but they are dim and don’t have the beautiful halo/glare effect you would want. 

– Icicle led string lights are bigger, more expensive to manufacture, much more brighter and have the beautiful halo/glare effect. 

Q. Does our product work with batteries?

A. No. Curtain Lights using Icicle LED bulbs (usually 200-300 bulbs) run only about 12 – 20 hours with 3 AA batteries, and you will be replacing batteries every other day or so.

Q. Why no remote?

A. In short, USB + Remote = Way Too Dim.

When we designed our product, we decided to use USB as power source as it uses safer 5Volt power. Then, we thought it would be nice to have a remote as well, worked with 12 factories and test 19 ‘remote + USB dongle’ units, and ALL of them were designed for copper wire LED bulbs and couldn’t properly power icicle LED curtain lights. Be wary of other’s photoshoped product images 

Q. Does our product support brightness control and timer?

A. Yes, our Smart Memory Switch provides 3 brightness settings.

Q. How about timer?

For Automatic On/Off or Voice Control (e.g. Alexa), you can combine our product with a Timer Plug or Smart Plug(Not included).
